My room was well kept. It had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom with fresh towels. I had enough space for my belongings and to move around easily. The room temperature was always pleasant.

The location is convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and metro stops nearby. Getting around was easy, and i found several interesting places to explore within walking distance from the hotel. The opera house is also close by.

The staff was very professional. Miss Sue was helpful with travel issues. The hotel's location is great and its service is also great.
One morning, someone opened my door by mistake around 8:30 a.m. This employee said sorry and left. The elevator had a strong, unpleasant smell (maybe cleaning products were used?). I needed to hold my breath.

the room had a nespresso machine i found mineral water was provided daily. there was loccitane soap in the bathroom i used a bathrobe.
the elevator had a slight odor once .

the location was great. i could walk to many places like the tuileries. the room was super clean clean and the wooden floor was nice. there was adequate storage during my five night stay.
i was assigned room 406. the draperies was grim and filthy and the paint was cracked.
